What separates Frost Buster from a de-icer?
Amazing question--it's actually a very important distinction. De-icers are meant to be sprayed onto your car after snow has already fallen and your windshield is covered in snow. This means you still end up wasting some amount of time in the cold, which is especially annoying if you are already running late in the morning. The perk of Frost Buster is that you apply it to your windshield before you leave your car outside. Whether that be before you go to sleep or before work, Frost Buster will be working hard to keep that ice from forming on your windshield.

How can I be sure that Frost Buster actually works?
Great question. We have tested Frost Buster hundreds of times on numerous glass surfaces in freezing temperatures. Under perfect conditions, Frost Buster can last up to 30 hours on your windshield. Of course, there are other variables to take into account (strong winds, extreme temperatures, etc.), so we estimate Frost Buster will last at least 12 hours in the winter.

As of November 11, 2025, we are only taking pre-orders for Frost Buster. This is because we are currently waiting for various regulatory compliance documents to be approved. After that, we can start manufacturing and shipping Frost Buster. We expect to have this done by November 20!
